Stimulus check information

Another round of Economic Impact Payment stimulus checks have been approved and electronic deposits could arrive soon. When will you receive yours? If your deposit is electronic, it could be in your account as early as Wednesday, March 17 or soon thereafter. Visit the IRS Coronavirus Tax Relief and Economic Impact Payments center to check the status of your payment and get the most up-to-date information and answers to Economic Impact Payment questions.

Know when your deposit hits

Create an alert in First Bank mobile or online banking to know right when your stimulus payment hits your account. Set up text alerts, email alerts or notifications within mobile or online banking to let you know any time a deposit is made. Setting up an alert is quick and easy.

Steps to set up an alert:

  1. Go to the menu bars and select your profile name, then Settings.
  2. Click on First Bank under Accounts.
  3. Choose Alert Preferences for the account your stimulus check will be electronically deposited into.
  4. Select Add Alert to establish a balance or transaction alert.

If you’re not already using First Bank online or mobile banking, simply complete this online banking application to get started.
