Maintaining Open Lines of Communication

It's vital for our team members to be informed of company goals, progress and developments as well as changes within our market and our industry.

  • Each week our President & CEO, Nikki, creates a podcast and employees take part in departmental huddles.
  • Twice per year, employees gather for celebrations at which they hear about the state of the company, receive recognition for accomplishments from the previous quarter, and build relationships with coworkers from throughout the company.

Ensuring Clear Expectations

We know that it’s just as important for our employees to know how their job ties to the company’s strategic initiatives as it is for them to know how to do their job. On a quarterly basis, employees have performance appraisals during which company and department-wide strategic goals are discussed, past performance is evaluated by the employee and supervisor, and specific goals and plans are established for the employee for the coming quarter that tie directly to the company’s goals. Employees truly understand what success means in each of their respective roles.
