Internship Timeline
Winter Break 2026/2027
Exploration Phase
Spend time with leaders across the organization and gain exposure to multiple areas of banking. You'll learn how different departments work together, discover what interests you most, and gain a deeper understanding of the financial services industry.
Summer 2027
Specialization Phase
Based on your interests, career goals, and organizational needs, you'll choose a focused area of study. You'll work alongside experienced professionals on projects that contribute to real business results and help move First Bank forward.
